Prepare your home by cleaning and staging
Clean windows to show off views and emphasize natural light
Invest in professional photos (Cell phone pictures are not the best idea)
Shoot photos from the corner of the room
Include an exterior shot
Shoot at chest height in landscape orientation
Vary the location of your shots to show the relationship of rooms to each other
Watch for distorted vertical lines
2 wide-angle shots of each bedroom, the kitchen, and the living room.
1 photo of the bathroom, unless it’s incredibly beautiful or spacious.
1-3 photos of the backyard unless it has some unique features. And then 1-2 shots of the front of the home to show off the ‘curb appeal.’
1 shot of each feature such as laundry room, garage, and pantry.
Include as many photos in your listing as possible.
